Rhino Demo, LLC is one of the Southeast’s premier demolition contractors specializing in Industrial Demolition and Environmental Remediation. Rhino Demo and its principals are deeply concerned about the welfare of our communities. We are also committed to environmental responsibility and the safety of our personnel and subcontractors. We pride ourselves on our impeccable safety record, as well as our Green/LEED practices (96% average recycle rate of all demolition related materials), making Rhino the practical choice for all your demolition needs.


We strive to bring the maximum value to our clients while providing the best possible industrial services in a friendly and easy-to-deal-with manner – oftentimes removing assets for clients with little to no cost, depending on the work at hand. Our experience has successfully assisted companies in the petrochemical, oil & gas, refining, metals, power, manufacturing, and mining industries, to name a few.

Rhino Demo’s innovative and systematic work processes are designed to minimize owners’ liability and risk by safely and productively removing structures, contamination, and environmental health and safety hazards that may exist. Rhino Demo strictly adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations and works diligently with our customers to develop a comprehensive Hazard Communication Plan prior to beginning any work so that our clients fully understand and accept our process for the work at hand.


Ricky Myers - CEO/President

Ricky Meyers - President/COO

Ricky brings over a decade of demolitions and heavy construction experience to Rhino Demo. A 1988 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Ricky has a strong knowledge of field operations and staff management. In 2000, Rick developed Infinity Services LLC, a national trades staffing form which, at its peak, provided over 240 employees to the Gulf Coast labor market.

Ricky has the knowledge, skill, and experience to manage virtually any project. Among his most notable projects, Ricky provided emergency response decontamination of the USS Cole following its bombing; provided emergency response debris clean up following Hurricane Katrina; and provided total plant demolition for Ashland Chemical, a $2.5 million project.

Because no two demolition projects are alike, Ricky enjoys facing the different challenges associated with this industry every day. Persistent and tenacious, Ricky brings strong project management and administration capabilities to the table, and prides himself on the unequalled attention to detail, quality and safety Rhino brings to every job, big or small.

Jamie Montgomery - Chief Operations Officer

Jamie Montgomery - Business Manager

Having studied Accounting at the University of Mobile and Business Management at the University of South Alabama, Jamie started his career as the Facilities Manager and Office Manager of a civil construction company in Mobile, AL. There, he gained experience in Asset Management, managing a fleet of over 60 trucks, six dirt pits, three landfills, and over 70 pieces of heavy equipment; in Staff Management, managing more than 200 employees companywide; and in Field Logistics. Jamie also served as liaison to the Alabama Department of Environmental Management and the EPA, which makes him well versed in environmental procedures and in dealing with government agencies.

For his next employer, Jamie served as General Manager, overseeing bidding, contract negotiations, mobilization logistics, material purchasing and management, as well as accounting processes. Under his forward-thinking style of management, the company more than doubled in size in less than four years.

From there, Jamie worked 10 years as a Senior Civil Estimator for an ENR top 300 company. As a nationally recognized Civil Estimator, he was instrumental in bidding over one billion dollars per year in jobs for the company, and also performed site budgeting and pre-construction site planning for such firms as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Target, and Rooms to Go. He also served as Chairman of the Human Resources Committee, which wrote and maintained company policy.

With over two decades of internal and external management experience, Jamie is instrumental to the workings at Rhino Demo. His mission is to help take the company to the next level while providing the level of professionalism and quality that our customers deserve and have come to expect.
