From its beginning Rhino Construction stood out from the competition because its founders are consummate professionals who desire to provide the best in heavy construction related services. Their many years of business experience gave Rhino Construction a tremendous advantage at startup.  Rhino Construction’s principals are deeply concerned about the welfare of our communities, and are committed to environmental responsibility and the safety of our personnel and subcontractors. 

David Baria, Chief Executive Officer
David Baria, a lifelong resident of Mississippi received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1987 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi in 1990. David practiced law for 15 years and successfully managed his own law practice for over 12 years. He is a past President of the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association and he recently recieved the honor and distriction of becoming a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar. While practicing law David became familiar with the construction industry though his work in synthetic stucco litigation. He was routinely asked to speak on various legal topics at educational seminars. While practicing law David was also involved in several business ventures. David also servers the citizens of Hancock County as District 46 State Senator.

 
Rick Myers, President / COO
Ricky brings years of demolitions and heavy construction experience to Rhino Construction. He is licensed by the Mississippi Board of Contractors, license number 15943. Ricky has a strong knowledge of field operations and staff management. In 2000 Rick developed Infinity Services LLC, a national trades staffing form which at its peak provided over 240 employees to the Gulf Coast labor market. Ricky has the knowledge, skill, and experience to manage virtually any project. Ricky is persistent and tenacious, He carries a reputation for quality and safety. Which much is expected, he reaches the goal.
